After some deep journeying, I graduated from the Integral Yoga 200 hours Basic Teacher Training program in late 2019. 1-1 sessions are available and typically cover Hatha (asana), Pranayama (breathing), Nidra (deep relaxation) and varying Meditation techniques. I also have a love for Acro-Yoga and conscious dance/movement... My partner (Steph) and I also run quarterly 'Sound Based Immersive' retreats in the heart of Dorset. Ask for more info...
